I know how daunting it can be to start from scratch
if you know nothing about CCTV so I’ve come up with a support system that
will guide you through the process every
step of the way from BEFORE your initial purchase through the life time of
your Home CCTV System.
1. Before You Buy Now
Be Sure It’s Right For You.
Doing a little home work and speaking to someone
who’s installed CCTV (me!) will help enormously at this stage. I don’t employ
salespeople, but I can help you choose
the right equipment and explain how it works in a very simple way that will
quickly get you up to speed and avoid you feeling disappointed with your
purchase later. I'll tell you the limitations as well as the advantages of
each piece of equipment I sell. You can call me anytime on 01782 522321 and I'll even design a complete package that is just for you – there is NO obligation with this service.
2. Ongoing Support
When you buy your
Home CCTV equipment from me, I won’t just ship the boxes and forget about you.
Even
though the products I sell are designed to be as simple as possible, you can
still call me and ask as many questions
as you like, either before or after
your purchase and for as long as you own the equipment.
When you
set up the equipment, if you’re unsure of anything at all, pick up the phone and I’ll help you in any way I can and if necessary talk you through the set up.
If you have a problem or question after you’ve set up the equipment you can call at any time for as long as you own the
equipment. No high rate phone lines, if I'm not there you’ll get an
answer machine, but if you leave a message, I guarantee to call you back.
3. Evidence Retrieval
If your equipment
records an incident and you want to get the footage to the Police for Evidence,
I will help you.
If you’re
unsure how to get the images from the system and into the hands of the police
(because you’ve lost the instructions maybe or for whatever reason), give me a call
and I’ll talk you through it. If it can’t be done over the phone, I’ll do it
for you. Box up your DVR and we’ll arrange a courier to collect it from you.
We’ll get the evidence you require on a DVD and send it back to you within 24
hours of receiving it. All you pay for is the postage.
4. Free Replacement
In the event of a major incident the police may want access to ALL
of your recorded images (and that could be 30 days plus). You can let them take
the Digital Video Recorder and retrieve the evidence themselves and we’ll
loan you a DVR – completely free of
charge. The only thing you pay for is the shipping.
