Site Survey – First of all we’ll discuss what you want covered and decide the best place to locate your camera(s). We’ll also discuss how we intend to hide your cables so you’ll know exactly what’s going to happen before we start installing.

All Cables, Power Supplies AND Connectors – there’s nothing else to pay, no hidden charges.

System Set Up – Want to record 24 hours a day or just when motion is detected? Maybe you only want to record when you’re away from home? We’ll set up the system to work how YOU want it to work and show you how to change the settings if you decide to later.

Demonstration and Training – Once we’ve finished installing your system, our trained engineer will sit down with you and show you exactly how the system works.  He’ll show you how to look at live images AND how to play back images that have already been recorded.

Lifetime Support – If you have a question about your system at any time for the lifetime of your system, we’ll be there to help. You can call us any time you like and we’re more than happy to tell you how to do anything you want with your system.
